The multi-sport program has been carefully planned to ensure that students are exposed to a broad range of physical activities, whilst meeting PDHPE syllabus outcomes that are essential for our young athlete’s development.
With four sports each week and a designated PDHPE day, every week is action packed with fun and engaging sporting pursuits. With students participating in all sports the program enables our young athletes to become confident in their ability across a broad range of activities.
It is our belief that consistent involvement in varied physical activity can help shape the future of our young athletes and this view point has been well supported by the Australian Institute of sport who have recognized that young athletes need to be exposed to a well-designed multi-sport program to assist the future success of all Australian sport.
